CUSTOMER SERVICEEverything is made to order in Tokyo. Production takes 2-3 weeks before your order ships, and you'll get updates along the way.
Once ready, we ship worldwide via Japan Post. We don't offer free shipping - you'll pay actual shipping cost plus a flat $3 handling fee at checkout.
Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and aren't included in the checkout price. Check with your local customs office if you're not sure what to expect on your end.
You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your order leaves Tokyo. Questions mid-production - email support@guttertm.xyz and we'll give you a real update.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are made and packed by hand in Tokyo. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

GUTTER™ ships worldwide from Tokyo.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within Japan and 7–21 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs.
COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
DUTIES & TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.
TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
LOST OR DAMAGED
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
